Tutto perfetto, per comodità su 2 appartamenti e 11 persone forse sarebbe meglio lasciare un mazzo di chiavi in più ed un secondo telecomando del cancello.

Very nice apartment. Shared pool was perfect size considering the number of apartments/guests. Our in-car navigation system had troubles finding the place for the first time. Point for improvement: the beds matresses were not very comfortable (with these metal spirals inside). -> they should be replaced with new ones.

En perfekt lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed, hvis man er til et hyggeligt og autentisk miljø, hvor den lokale stemning er i højsæde.

Smukt, dejligt og roligt sted og virkelig dejligt pool-område og spiseområder. Nemt i bil at komme både til Lucca og Pisa på kort tid. Flere restauranter i gåafstand fra stedet. Kommer meget gerne igen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine wirklich großzügige Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt in der Küche über die nötigsten Utensilien. Bad und WC sind modern und bieten alles was man benötigt. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen lief ohne Probleme. Wer die Toskana genießen möchte, wird im Hof alles nötige finden- Einfach traumhaft schön. Pool und Außenanlagen sind überdurchschnittlich gepflegt. Wir bedanken uns für 14 Tage Toskana! Tanja und Stefan

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich optimal zwischen Pisa und Lucca gelegen, so dass die Tagesausflüge ohne lange Anfahrt möglich waren. Das Appartement haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden, die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, die Poolanlage ist wunderbar. Einzig die Küche ist etwas mager ausgestattet, z.B. gab es nur zwei Kochtöpfe. Aber darauf kann man sich einstellen, wenn man die anderen Bewertungen so überfliegt. Jetzt noch etwas, was absolut nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun hat, wofür die Vermieter nichts können, deshalb trotzdem volle Bewertung: wir hatten riesiges Pech mit dem Wetter. Es war ungewöhnlich kalt für Mitte Mai und hat viel geregnet. Leider konnten wir uns selbst in der Unterkunft nicht aufwärmen oder eine gemütliche Zeit verbringen, da das Heizen in Italien gesetzlich geregelt ist. D.h. wir durften im Mai bei einer Zimmertemperatur von knapp 19°C nicht heizen. Das war uns völlig neu. Letztenendes sind wir sogar einen Tag früher mit fieberndem Kind abgereist.

We hebben genoten van een fijn verblijf! De appartementen liggen op een rustige plek en vanaf hier kun je heel goed uitstapjes maken naar Lucca, Pisa en Cinque Terre. De appartementen hebben een gezamenlijke binnenplaats en tuin die echt prachtig is! Een vriendelijke host en een fijn appartement!

Schöne traditionelle Wohnung mit Charme. Sauber und modern mit allem was man braucht.

Ha sido un lugar con encanto. Tiene cosas que mejorar que lo haría perfecto. Creo que tener papel higiénico en un baño es esencial. Aunque tú tengas que comprarlo más tarde pero por lo menos en la llegada tener un rollo. La comunicación también brillaba por su ausencia. Y no tiene nada que ver el idioma. Llegaba desde Florencia dónde mi anfitrión estuvo en contacto todo el tiempo .

We had an amazing stay at Posarelli Villas. The apartment is situated in a beautiful little town, in between Pisa and Lucca. We were easily able to travel by bus to both places. There is a great pizza restaurant and patisserie just a short walk away. The apartment was exactly what we needed, although it did lack the basics. There was no soap or washing up liquid or a bin. Other than that it was perfect!

Beautiful, peaceful location, village and apartment

Trotz verkehrsbedingter später Ankunft erst nach 21.00h persönliche Begrüßung und Check in. Tolle FeWo in toskanischem Stil. Sehr grosszügig für Familie mit 2 Kindern. Landsitz mit Innenhof mit Tischen. Großzügiger Pool mit großer Rasenfläche. Alles super sauber und neu, auch die Bäder mit Toiletten. Kleines Dorf, Minimarkt ~100 m entfernt. Pizzeria am Ort. Nach Lucca ~1/4Std. mit dem Auto, dort unzählige Restaurants in den Gassen und diversen Plätzen. Zum Strand mind. 1/2 Std. Autofahrt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely property close to local tourist attractions like Pisa and Lucca.
The property was very clean and well equipped with a wonderful swimming pool and court yard area to sit out in at night.

Te mooi om geen vakantie te vieren

Zeer mooi verblijf in Italiaanse stijl. Prachtig zwembad met mooie ligbedjes. Eigenaresse zeer toegankelijk met vragen. Bij aankomst inbegrepen handdoeken, alle appartementen voorzien van wasmachine afwasmachine en keukengerei.

Complex ligt in klein dorpje tussen Lucca en Pisa.
Op de hoek leuk koffie tentje.

Ottima location tra Lucca e Siena . Appartamento molto curato e dotato di piscina privata con ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo . Proprietari disponibili e gentili . Mancano però prodotti da bagno e alcuni utensili da cucina.

Really love the place and the area all around. There is everything that you need. A pool, barbecue, lovely apartment! Everything was super clean! Even with our late arrival the owners were very communicative and understandable. The village is in ideal place to see every city nearby. Thanks for the owners! I would love to go back there!

Thank you Flavia. Your apartment was fabulous. Great location in a charming village with friendly and welcoming locals. Decor and facilities immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great bathrooms and loads of space for a family of 5. What would help on arrival is to have simple essentials such as toilet roll, tea towel and wash up liquid starter pack in the apartment. We would highly recommend this accommodation to others as a great base to explore Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Livorno and the North West/central Tuscany.

Nice place to be. The accomodation is perfectly situated between Lucca and Pisa and very close to the beach. Everything was clean and in a good shape. There is a tiny supermarket nearby and you find some restaurants in the village.

Flavia offers very nice appartments in a beautiful area.

The apartment is located in a very scenic area with a mountain near bye where you can see the leaning tower of Pisa and the whole area including the coastline and Lucca. We arrived little late for the pool season, but whole complex is very nice and greta place to travel around Tuscany.

Flavia is a beautifully restored house in a lovely part of Italy. Located in a quiet village, only a short drive from Pisa and Lucca it is surrounded by mountains
and is not far from the sea. The booking was
straightforward and the manager was friendly and helpful when we arrived. The swimming pool was
open at anytime, day and night. The accommodation
was clean and cool but it would have been helpful to have a few provisions such as toiletries, tea towel, washing up liquid etc. Also, as a family of five we
were short of glasses (only 4 were provided) However, we were otherwise really happy with the
apartment.

In a small, calm village you find this very fine appartment, outdorswimmingpool and outdorfacilities including outdorkitchen and many groups with different tables and chairs - everything is fine and new! And you are allowed to take fresh lemons from the small trees. Everything is very, very clean including the pool, but it was very cold at the beginning of May! It was a pity, that a neighbor nearby made a lot of noise in the week-end with cutting stones ore something like that and that the owner were very difficult to get contact to about everything and our password to wifi could not be used! The place is very difficult to find also with a good GPS. The heatingsystem were complicated and they could not help us very good, so we had to try ourselves. The owners let a young Italien Lady do some of the work with the guests - she is lovely, but could only speak italian, so it was difficult to get help from her.
