Beautiful property situated a short distance away from Florence, on a large farming estate producing wine and olive oil. The estate offer several farmhouses turned into nice apartments and surrounded by splendid olive groves and vineyards. The apartments La Selva 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5 are approx. 50 m from the swimming-pool away, La Selva 6 approx. 100 m away. All of the 6 apartments are furnished in rustic and cozy style.
The estate provides an ideal terrain for beautiful walks among vineyards and olive trees.
The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Malmantile with food shops 4 km away, Lastra a Signa with all kinds of shops 5 km, Florence (airport) 18 km away, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano 45 km, Pisa (airport) 65 km away, Siena approx. 75 km.
At guests disposal: large outdoor areas, shared swimming-pool (6 x 12 m – maximum depth 2,4 m). All of the apartments provide satellite TV and hairdryer. Parking within the grounds. WI-FI internet connection available (free of charge).
Upon request it is possible to arrange guided tours, visit of the property wine cellars, wine tasting and beautiful walks.

A lovely ground floor apartment with space to eat outdoors and very comfortable. It is easy to change to twin or double beds. There is plenty of space to fit a cot in the larger bedroom. All rooms are cool with fans and the bathroom is good. It is nicely furnished with some rustic items. Easy booking and good access to the property.
A super apartment with excellent facilities and spacious for 6 people. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
This is a lovely apartment and very easy access to the pool and restaurant. For 6 people the bed above the kitchen is a little difficult to access and very hot at night. All facilities are good and a great location
Very comfortable and large apartment, well equipped and very tastefully decorated: we felt right at home. You can wonderful hiking and visit Florence, so a varied and comfortable holiday.
Wunderbar gross ist diese Wohnung und mit einigen persönlichen Möbeln und Details eingerichtet, ungewöhnlich und sehr schön für eine Ferienwohnung. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und nah und/oder mit guter Verbindung zu den wichtigsten Städten. Der Garten und das Schwimmbad waren unser Lieblingsbereich.
Very nice feel-good apartment. The decor is comfortable, the location great to visit Florence. There is also a tram with which you can drive wonderfully into the city center.
Around the house you can go for a nice walk.
The restaurant of the owner is very good!

Hübsche Wohnung, rustikal toskanisch, sehr schön mit der grossen Glastür. Der Garten ist etwas wild, aber gepflegt, genau unser Geschmack. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön und wird oft gesäubert. In Florenz ist man ganz schnell und auch Lucca ist in einer Stunde erreichbar Dank der nahen Autobahn.
Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub in "La Selva". Die Besitzer haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Der Garten mit Pool ist natürlich toll im Sommer. So kann man sich nach einem heissen Tag in Florenz sehr gut abkühlen und erholen und auch die Kinder kommen auf ihre Kosten.
