Villa Massimiliano

The Villa Massimiliano (Tosca) was one of several that we had looked at in Tuscany as my wife and I wanted something really special to be able to invite our family to in order to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary as well as my wife’s 70th birthday.

We actually booked this villa some 18 months beforehand as we knew we had to get in early or we’d miss out.

The service we received from PosarelliVillas was exceptional – including… Linda, Cristina and Valentina.

On arrival in early June 2025, the welcome we received from the hosts at Agriturismo Diacceroni, and from Anja personally was amazing.

The Villa itself was absolutely stunning, and the location could not have been more idyllic. The sun shone all week, the temperature was in the high 20’s, the pool was wonderful, ideal for large families and children and so warm.

We all had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to go back.

We absolutely loved Villa Massimiliano! The setting is gorgeous, house beautiful and immaculate, the beds were so comfortable and the pool incredible. And to top it off, it's all located on an incredible farm with wonderful hosts. Three times per week, they hold parties for the guests and although your villa is secluded and private, you can join the festivities. It's all included in the price! There's a lovely restaurant for long lunches and a ton of other activities. We organized a private pasta making party that was so fun and delicious. I can only hope that we get to go back someday!

Abbiamo trascorso un finesettimana prolungato nella bellissima Villa Massimiliano. Eravamo 4 adulti a 4 bambini. La Villa si trova nel bel mezzo delle colline Toscane, immersa nella natura e nella quiete. La Villa é molto spaziosa, le camere hanno tutte il proprio bagno alcune con una vasca idromassaggio. Nei momenti di pioggia ci siamo divertiti tantissimo a giocare a bigliardo al piano interrato. L'area esterna della Villa é fantastica, sedie, sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni, tavoli, griglia a legna, piscina bellissima, vasca idromassaggio, vista idilliaca ecc.
Abbiamo gradito tantissimo la possibilitá di recarci al Agriturismo Diacceroni per la cena o la colazione quando non avevamo voglia di cucinare. Tutto il personale é gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Massimiliano, il proprietario, é una persona molto solare, gentile e attento a ogni nostra neccessitá . Nel Agriturismo vengono proposte tante attivitá sia per adulti che per bambini.

Staying at Villa Massimilliano was an absolute joy !
To say the views are breathtaking, is an understatement- you are literally surrounded by beautiful landscapes as far as the eye can see. The pool area is amazing !
Internally, it’s a wonderful villa - loads of space- lovely furniture.
The location is impeccable- literally an hour or so from Florence, shorter distances to Siena and San Gimingnano.
The hosts were superb, from our special welcome surprise, to any request we had, all the staff were so helpful and courteous.
One of the best aspects of the villa, is the link to the organic farm. You have access to the most delicious flavoursome food - and drinks.
If you don’t feel like cooking, you can just amble down to the restaurant and eat there, or have whatever you want delivered to the villa!
There are some gourmet nights too where people come from surrounding areas, fantastic local produce and live music !
They even organise truffle hunting, horse riding (all at the farm) cycling events and much more.
The owner - “Massimilliano”- lends a particular magic to your stay, you are made to feel so welcome!

Beautiful villa set in the most incredible setting a bumpy but fun 5 minutes off the main road! The lack of noise was appreciated and the starry Nights incredible (especially when the local volunteer astronomy group brought their telescopes for all to use!).

The location means it's only around 45 minutes from Pisa airport. We had easy day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano and drove/used the train to get into Florence twice as well (trains are regular from Pontedera and parking is easy and cheap; I know parking in Florence is a pain!).

The team here are all amazing with special mentions to Anja and Massi. The welcome pack we received was another level (and unexpected) show casing many of the products they produce. Food, drink and welcome parties were amazing.
Massi had a vision of what he wanted this place to be and it's simply superb.

The facilities available meant the kids had a great time baking, a few adults participated and loved the pasta course (whereby the chef then suggested sauces to go with the pasta which we all consumed for dinner that evening). My daughter loved horse riding and ended up having three lessons and a pony trek.

Even a tornado and a couple of evening storms were spectacular to watch; whilst we stayed safe indoors!

From age 5-74 there was always something to do or a terrace to escape to and read a book.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem fantastischen Pool Vermieter sehr freundlich und bemüht Leider sind alle Sonnenschutz planen demontiert und man hat nur kleine Schirme Die Outdoorliegen und der Tisch wäre erneuerungsbedürftig Die Klimaanlage hat die ganze Woche nicht funktioniert war aber kein Problem da ist nicht so heiß war Infrastruktur im Haus sehr gut vielleicht ein Griller wäre schön Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Toskana verbracht

I rented this home for two families, 2 couples and four kids, age 8-12. It was perfect for everyone! We rented the villa not realizing it was part of an aguturismo farm, which meant we had access to a little shop, a wonderful restaurant, classes, activities and amenities for adults and children. This was so much more than we’d hoped for as Tuscany can be very unpredictable with access to all of these things. While we had complete privacy, just a short 5-10 minute walk away was the main farm. The home itself is exceptional. Absolutely stunning with 360 unobstructed views. The staff and specifically, the owner himself, Massimilliano, went above and beyond to make our stay great. You can tell that the owner really cares about the farm, his guests and his staff. The vibe is warm, friendly and so happy. The kids met other kids at the farm, and had a blast. They swam (even though it was April!) and they hikes the hills surrounding the home. Access to some of the best Tuscan cities was easy. I have already told many friends about this Villa and the farm itself which offers a number of different types of accommodations. We will return!

The villa Massimiliano is very comfortable and has beautiful outdoor area where you have a great view over Tuscany fields and villas. The owner and the staff was very friendly and service mindet. We highly recommend the Villa Massimiliano. We played golf at Castelfalfi, it took about 30 minutes to drive. We have beutiful towns nearby, such as Volterra and Santigimniano.
