Complesso di appartamenti a Gualdo, borgo sulle colline di Lucca.
Un bel giardino con piscina permette di rilassarsi e offre, inoltre, uno spazio attrezzato con pergolato e angolo barbecue.
Gli 8 appartamenti che compongono questa proprietà si trovano in un grazioso e caratteristico borgo delle colline lucchesi che risale al 1400, in cui si respira un’atmosfera rilassata e tranquilla. Nella piazzetta principale oltre alla chiesa è presente un piccolo ristorante dove durante il periodo estivo è possibile mangiare all’esterno.
Nel raggio di pochi chilometri si trova la bellissima zona della Versilia, della Alpi Apuane e delle storiche città di Lucca e Pisa.
A disposizione degli ospiti: giardino attrezzato con area barbecue (a gas), tavolini e sedie, piscina panoramica ad uso comune degli appartamenti (12 x 6 m - profondità minima 1,2 m - profondità massima 1,5 m). Lavatrice (uso gratuito) situata in stanza comune.

Après une déception à l'arrivée, nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour. L'appartement était très propre et l'espace piscine est sublime (vue mer) et très bien équipé (cuisine d'été, salon de jardin ombragés, bains de soleil ...)

Very nice area, quiet place with a nice swimming pool and garden. Nice restaurant near by. Good starting point for visiting Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Cinque Terre.

Wonderful, beautiful place, boat ramp so handy, very narrow but doable. Loved the pool and hot tub, comfy beds. They even had a spice rack which was great because I forgot our spices for the burgers. Husband loved having the black stone griddle! Nice relaxing weekend, looking at coming back next year!
L'unico vero neo della località sono le stradine per raggiungerla. Ma allo stesso tempo questo leggero isolamento rende il paesino e la sistemazione, un piccolo gioiello e quindi si fa presto a non considerarlo nella valutazione generale dei nostri 4 giorni a Gualdo. L'appartamento e' veramente carino ed entrarci e' come fare un tuffo nel passato. Quasi nel medioevo, nonostante ci sia tutto il necessario per una permanenza comoda e moderna. Pero' i muri, i pavimenti, il borgo stesso... All.inizio della strada che porta a Gualdo c'e' un cartello che dice Gualdo, il paese delle fiabe... mai indicazione fu piu' azzeccata.
E probabile che si torni anche il prossimo anno.
Die Unterkunft (Apartment) war ok, das Swimming pool wie am Foto, sehr schön. Man könnte etwas an der Ausstattung verbessern, das Apartment ist für 4 Personen, wir waren 2. 1 Weinglas scheint etwas wenig. Aber alles in allem schön, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok. Hervorzuheben ist die Bemühungen des "Hausmeisters". Die zuständige Kontaktperson Alessio erschien am Ankunftstag am Abend, auf das whats app bez. des Abreisens gab es keine Antwort. Die versprochenen Tipps bezüglich ">Restaurants, Weinverkostung, Olivenöl,.... blieben ebenfallls aus
Wir haben in der in Wohnung Torre eine sehr angenehme Woche verbracht. Der Pool ist schön und sauber.
Heerlijk rustig plekje in een heel klein bergdorpje met een fijn zwembad en goed restaurant om de hoek! 1 van de 6 appartementen heeft airco (Menestrello). Wel te kleine keuken.
Wat hebben we 3 weken lang genoten hier!
Een gezellig rustiek appartement met lekker veel ruimte binnen en een mooi groot en schoon zwembad met genoeg bedjes en parasols.
En Luigi is echt een hele vriendelijke man. Bedankt Luigi voor alles!
Good place but Il Paggio apartment to ben reviewed
Posizione molto interessante, isolata quanto basta per godere del silenzio della natura e della visione del cielo senza inquinamento luminoso, si trova lungo il percorso della Via franchigena, la casa è antica ma pulita e ben organizzata, la vista sul mare all'orizzonte molto romantica.
Toller Ort um einen schönen ruhigen Familienurlaub zu machen. Abgelegen oben auf einem Berg, hat man tolle Aussicht und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge vom nahegelegenen Restaurant aus, das sehr empfehlenswert ist. Der Garten- und Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Die Eohnung geräumig...etwas älter und teilweise stark in die Jahre gekommenen Interieur...aber mit einem gewissen Charme und Ambiente. Toller Ausblick von WC und Küche auf die Bergwelt und Toskananatur...
This is a lovely old building with high named ceilings. It was cool in the heat with great views. The pool was excellent and grounds around it were fantastic. The village setting is very nice with a great value and popular cafe and restaurant a stone throw away. The property was minimally furnished. Fridge etc was good, WIFI good, water good, but it lacked a bit of love and attention (broken slats under the sofa bed/ coffee maker not working etc ) Small things really, but I'm keeping the fifth star to reflect. Owner friendly and relaxed - nice atmosphere.
We had a lovely time at the villa. The appartment was clean. The pool was allways well maintained and the perfect spot to spend a lazy day.
Eine gute Wohnung,
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines großen Hauses mit 6 Wohneinheiten. Der herrliche Pool ist im dazugehörigen Garten. Die nahegelegene Dorfkirche schlägt sehr laut zu jeder vollen und halben Stunde.
Super angenehmen Aufenthalt gehabt! :) der Pool war direkt vor der Haustüre (wortwörtlich) und die Lage in den Bergen war super um nachts runterzukühlen. Das Restaurant ein paar Meter von dem Haus entfernt macht super leckeres Essen. Zusammen mit dem "Bilderbuch" Ausblick ist es ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Zum Strand sind es ca 25 min, nach Lucca ca 30 min und nach Pisa ca 40 min. Es ist übrigens sehr hilfreich Italienisch sprechen zu können in dem kleinen Örtchen Gualdo, ansonsten geht es auch mit Händen und Füßen wie bei uns ;) Luigi, der herzlich freundliche Nachbar, hilft gerne in allem!

Un séjour formidable dans cette charmante demeure perchée sur les collines ! Une ambiance typique de la Toscane (petit village médiéval, calme, cigales ...), et un accueil chaleureux. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et le côté authentique du lieu. La piscine et sa vue panoramique sont un atout de plus ! Un paradis pour les enfants aussi qui peuvent évoluer en toute tranquillité dans ce village sans voiture. L'accueil a été chaleureux et tout le monde aux petits soins au moindre souci. Nous recommandons vivement ces hôtes, et nous reviendrons ! Un grand merci !"
Posto molto carino.
Ganz besonderes Apartment für eine 5-koepfige Familie. Wir waren begeistert. Wir haben im Ort mitgelebt und konnten uns im Schwimmbad abkühlen. Eine ganz besonders schöne Mischung aus alt und neu ist den Besitzern hier gelungen! In der Gegend kann man gut wandern oder am Meer entlang flanieren. Auch Lucca ist ganz schnell zu erreichen. Es war eine Wohltat!
Very special holiday home. The tower is very comfortably furnished; We felt right at home. The location is great, you can walk for a coffee. The coast is also very beautiful, but also very crowded! We have found that even in beach restaurants you can eat very well.
The swimming pool and the whole garden with barbecue area are very nice and inviting. We recommend the property very much.
Huge and stylish appartment in a picturesque little village. There is plenty of space in the appartment and a nice pool with tables where you can eat outside. There is only one restaurant in the village, but it is great (you have to reserve in advance). You should know that for every trip you have to drive down the hill for about 12 minutes. Our appartment had a dishwasher (i think this was not in the description). There is no air condition but as Gualdo is up on the hill, it's always a bit colder here."
Die Ferienapartments sind ganz toll gelegen: der Blick ist wunderbar und trotz der 7 Apartments kann man die Ruhe der Natur genießen. Wir sind nach Pisa und Lucca gefahren und waren angenehm überrascht, dass es gar nicht so touristisch war. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Es war sehr schön !
Veldig vakkert område og bassenget var strålende. Noe som trekker ned er kirkeklokkene som ringer to ganger i timer nesten hele døgnet. Ellers veldig fornøyd!
