Six beaux appartements dans une antique ferme et la grange, récemment restructuées avec goût et soin au centre d’un important domaine avec production de grands vins et d’huile d’olive. Ameublement confortable de style rustique toscan avec quelques pièces authentiques. Position agréable et tranquille parmi vignobles et oliveraies, sur une grande terrasse naturelle qui "domine" le Chianti Classico sud. Vue splendide avec à l’horizon la silhouette de la ville de Sienne. Grand jardin bien entretenu (6000 m2) avec belle piscine panoramique à débordement en commun.
Distances: Ponte a Bozzone avec magasin alimentaire, restaurant et boucherie à 5km, Sienne avec magasins variés et gare ferroviaire à 12km, San Gimignano à 50km, Florence à 70km, Pise à 115km, Rome à 250km.
A disposition des hôtes: grand jardin panoramique (6000 m2) avec piscine (5,50m x 15m, profondeur max. 1,80m, ouverte du 01/5 au 30/9) entourée d’une terrasse solarium avec douche externe (eau froide), barbecue, antique four à pain, loggia équipée (35 m2) et ping-pong. Buanderie en commun (lave-linge, table et fer à repasser) avec accès de l’extérieur. Chaque appartement est doté d’allarme, TV satellite, sèche-cheveux dans les salles de bains et chauffage central individuel. Zone externe commune avec table et chaises pour chaque appartement. Parking dans la propriété. Dans le prix de location est compris un changement du linge de maison durant la semaine (mercredi).

Wonderful space and area. Host and grounds staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Large outdoor space for families.
Sehr ruhiger Ort zum Erholen und Entspannen. Gut ausgestattetes Appartment. Pool mit Schatten bis zum Nachmittag, viele Liegen, Tische und Stühle. Der Service war fast jeden Tag vor Ort und sehr zuvorkommend! Besonderen Dank dafür! Häufiger Wäschewechsel.
Es war ein schöner Urlaub dort oben.
Einziger Nachteil (vielleicht): Die Außenanlagen sind sehr spartanisch. Der Vorteil nicht vorhandener Blumen(töpfe) ist jedoch, dass es keine Ameisen und herumfliegende Blätter gibt...
Tolle Wohnung. Vorallem das Wohnzimmer ist so schön und gross, ganz wunderbar. Wir sind mit Freunden gekommen um den Palio zu sehen: ein irres Schauspiel! Die Wohnung ist der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub! Vielen Dank, wir empfehlen sie gerne weiter!
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and very relaxed in this stylish and well appointed property. Upon arriving we were greeted by the owner and made to feel so welcome. We were close to all amenities, supermarkets, great tavernas. We would highly recommend it.
Sehr gepflegter Besitz in schönster Umgebung mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Siena und San Gimignano sind so nah, dass man „mal eben“ einen. Ausflug machen kann ohne grossartig damit den ganzen Tag organisieren zu müssen.

The farmhouse is excellent!
The property is in a beautiful but quiet location surrounded by vineyards and spectacular Tuscan scenery. The apartment was spacious and generally cool inside despite the high temperatures outside. The pool area is superb with extensive paving and plenty of sun-loungers.
Our only gripes were minor. The beds are very firm and there is only one thin pillow per person; perhaps the owner could supply more for different sleeping preferences.
The regulations request that the pool is not used after 8pm. After a long hot day slogging round the tourist dens of Siena and Florence an evening swim is exactly what is required!
Overall a lovely family holiday though.
Absolutely amazing views from the pool and windows. The apartments are near to Siena which you can see from the pool area. Very quiet and very clean. Would be back there tomorrow if we could. Julie W - Scotland July 2009
