Very neat and clean. Friendly staff. Beautiful location. A bit harder to reach if you're not by car (taxis are harder to book from here as well, but that's not the property's fault. They are very helpful when it comes to this), definitely worth the travel.

We stayed at the villa for three nights and had the whole place to ourselves (group of 30) for 2 nights. It was a magnificent experience - beautiful grounds and pool, delicious catering provided by the lovely people who worked there, and comfortable lodging for everyone. It was honestly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I could not recommend it more highly. Note - there is AC, which is great, but it was a bit temperamental for us in some of the apartments. Otherwise than that, all was great!!
Beautiful venue the caterers did a wonderful job on both atmosphere and food.

Pizza Night: Pizza was incredible. Best pizza we had in Italy. Atmosphere was fantastic. Selection of pizza and appetizers were outstanding definitely recommend.

Transfer Service : Buses did a great job. They got wrong time from Posaraelli but they did an excellent job.

Wine Tasting: Absolutely fantastic experience. The tour guide Giovanni was knowledgeable and enjoyable. Dinner on terrace was one of best meals we had in Italy.

Dinner Service: The servers were excellent and the food fantastic. The atmosphere created on the outdoor area was well done.

Caterers – They were both very good on June 20 or June 27th. I would recommend either one they did a nice job with food excellent and service very good. It is a tough effort to have on the back area but the venue is beautiful. The estate would be well suited to do this for large groups (pictures attached for both nights).


Pizza – This was the best pizza we had during our trip in Italy without question. The quality and variety were fantastic and the people doing the work very accommodating. 35 euro seems like a lot for pizza but after all was done it was for sure worth the price. For some reason we did not get the dessert pizza made for us which would have been nice to try but there was a lot of food.


Venice – Thought the tour guide wasn’t great. She was soft spoken and hard to hear and for a large group that we had she was out of place. The most disappointing part of our trip was the lunch in Venice. This clearly was not worth the price even with the great view. The food wasn’t great not much variety and it took way too long. If I were you this would not be somewhere to send people and perhaps a different guide may have made the trip more enjoyable.


Cinque Terre – The tour guide Andrea was fantastic. He let us do what we wanted and was very helpful with information and made the day much easier and more enjoyable. The restaurant you sent us to was also FANTASTIC and highly recommended.


Bus service – they really did a nice job and tried to accommodate the large group. A slight challenge on the trip to Podere but that was not a problem we enjoyed them and a good value.


Podere Le Ripi – Giovanni and the young lady (sorry can’t remember her name) were excellent on the tour and throughout dinner. The food could have been some of the best we had on our trip the risotto was the best – kudos to the chef. The venue was great. The night was extremely warm so the air conditioner helped but I can imagine when the weather is not as hot then the venue on the terrace is even better. This for me was a great value with the tour and dinner. Personally would have enjoyed more time on the wine tour but it really was good for such a large group. I STRONGLY recommend this to anyone. I also ordered a case and joined the wine club so will continue to enjoy their wine going forward.


Le Fonti – Luigi and the staff were very gracious and accommodating. The estate was fantastic for a large group with unbelievable views and quiet. I would have to be real challenged to find something we didn’t like. If anything I would say the wifi could get an upgrade as it was tough to use in the rooms – however this is only trying to go from fantastic to fantastic +.

Mériterait une amélioration pour l’aménagement de la cuisine : un plus grand frigo, une plus grande table, un vrai four sachant qu’il y a largement la place dans la pièce. Je trouve cela dommage vu la qualité du reste

Our stay was as comfortable as we imagined. We enjoyed Luigi's hospitality and gorgeous home very much and would love to come back soon some day! Recommend to come by car. The house is a short drive from Florence and has endless possibilities for day trips to the country side (Sienna, San Giminano, Voltera). We highly recommend Le fonti.

The view from the property is stunning and the place is very beautiful. We had a very nice time and would recommend Le Fonti anytime!

Fantastic stay - Luigi was extremely helpful, the apartment is beautiful and the surrounding area is incredible.

God service og hyggelig vertskap. Deilig med morgendukkert i flotte omgivelser. Skulle vi savne noe,så kunne det være nærhet til ferske brødvarer om morgenen...

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto rilassante. La piscina è bellissima e tutto è molto curato. Firenze si raggiunge facilmente in autobus dal paese o in auto.

L'appartamento è carino e funzionale. Location perfetta per rilassarsi in campagna ma a due passi da Firenze. Proprietario molto accogliente, torneremo presto
