Villa Oliveta

Beautiful villa with a high-end designed interior. The view from the garden is spectacular. Francesca and Mauro are lovely and very helpful. They communicate well and always stay in touch with good tips and information.

Everything was excellent from the villa itself, the swimming pool, the air conditioning, and the hosts. The only complaint is the road to the villa is a winding road up a steep hill and you are underneath power lines

Charming residence, great location, perfect service.

The Villa was great, but there were a few things that let the overall rating down. I would recommend to a friend BUT would ensure they know about the location and the elevation prior to booking. The villa is very remote, up a very steep windy incline and a car is required to go anywhere. This was not mentioned when we booked so not expected.
Another let down for our group was the bedrooms - my view is that it is only a 2 bedroom villa and not 3 as advertised. The downstairs of the Villa is dark, musty and not nice for sleeping in. Again, not as expected.

Ein wirklich wundervolles Haus. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann unglaublich entspannte Tage am Pool in dieser herrlichen Umgeben erleben.

Traumhafte Lage oben am Hügel mit Blick aufs Meer. Toller Pool, toller Garten, hammer „Außenküche“. Der letzte knappe Kilometer ist sehr steil den Berg hinauf, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Das Haus ist von innen deutlich dunkler als auf den Bildern und das Klima im Haus ist etwas feucht. Das Haus ist ganz besonders eingerichtet, cooles Design. Es war sauber. Die Gastgeberin & der Gärtner waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, flexibel und haben uns Auskunft über die Umgebung gegeben. Alles in allem waren wir also sehr zufrieden :-)

We only used the upstairs of the villa and from that perspective it was very good. The two upstairs bedrooms are big and comfortable and the living room and kitchen are comfortable and well equipped (apart from the kitchen chairs, which are cheap and rickety and seem out of place). The pool and garden are superb.
However, we were glad we did not need to use the basement level, as it smelt "musty" - we do not think it would be pleasant to sleep in the downstairs bedroom.

A lovely property in a splendid location. If we had any criticisms, it would be to add an a/c unit to the main living room - as the current method of leaving the bedroom doors open doesn't work - and do something about the wi-fi, which for this quality of property (and for this price) should be without question!

We absolutely loved staying here and discovering the wonderful area of Pietrasanta. First of all, the location was perfect for enjoying Tuscany. We were 30 minutes drive from Pisa, 1.5 hour from Firenze, 1.5 hour drive to Cinque Terre and 10 minute drive to the Forte dei Marmi beaches or to the adorable town center of Pietrasanta. Second, the house is absolutely wonderful. There is air conditioning in the bedroom areas (which we needed because it was quite hot when were there in July). Another favorite feature was the amazing outdoor kitchen which we used all the time. The kids loved swimming in the pool. The house is decorated beautifully, with lovely artwork. Grocery stores are close but you feel far away from everything when you are in the house. Finally, the view! You cannot believe the amazing view, the photos don't show how great the view is. If you are looking to relax, enjoy the beaches, enjoy Tuscany, you will not be disappointed.

Bellissima villa in una posizione invidiabile. Siamo stati benissimo immersi nel verde e nel silenzio. Ci torneremo.

Très bon séjour, la villa est très grande et confortable, le paiement je trouve que c’est un peu compliqué, mais mise à part ça le reste était parfait.

Beautiful villa with a more beautiful view. The garden and pool are perfect for children and the patio invites just to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. It was a pleasure to stay there even with 8 people (5 adults,3 children) because the house is roomy. We loved it, the calmness in particular. The kindness and cooperativeness of the staff (office and villa) is excellent. It was a perfect holiday.

Buonasera, Abbiamo passato 8 giorni avvolti dalla tranquillità e dal design della vostra splendida villa. Splendida posizione per raggiungere l'incantevole paese di Pietrasanta e tutte le principali località più in voga della Versilia. L'assistenza è stata ottima. Se devo trovare qualche nota negativa : la connessione wifi non è molto performante ma credo che le colline circostanti non aiutino. Andrea a migliorare l'attrezzatura esterna : la piscina è fantastica ma la zona per pranzare all'esterno andrebbe migliorata negli arredi considerando l'assoluta bellezza degli arredi interni.Complessivamente il nostro soggiorno è stato eccellente. Villa Oliveta è stupenda! Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in ambiente rilassante e molto molto confortevole. Gli spazi esterni molto ben attrezzati e la piscina con vista mare mozza fiato rimarranno un ricordo indelebile di questa vacanza. Servizio di prenotazione ottimo. Michele, il nostro referente sul posto, sempre gentile e disponibile. Posizione ideale anche per visitare le vicine Pisa e Lucca. Il bilancio del nostro soggiorno è senz'altro molto positivo.

Lieu charmant , assez isolé et bien entretenu . Inconvenient la piscine n'est pas chauffée ..

Michele is a friendly and helpful host, and the villa is nice and spacious. It felt great to have our own garden. The coast and the beaches are not far. We were there in October, and in this time of the year the area was very quiet. We guess there is more people and things going on there in the summer. We would recommend to have a car to get around. We recommend Villa Oliveta and Michele to everybody

Everything was as on the pictures showed. Very nice villa in a great area. Easy for trips as well as for enjoying silence for recovering and just staying in the garden of the villa and relaxing. Easy communication with host Michele, he is a very pleasent, nice and friendly person. We will come back again.

Villa Oliveta is perfect. The location to Lucca and Tuscany is just perfect. You can spend several days in Lucca, then drive to Tuscany, Siena, San Gimignano anywhere the same day. Michele was amazing. The Villa is very comfortable: rooms, bathrooms, kitchen everything is great!

We rented the Villa Oliveta for a family vacation, 6 adults staying in the villa. There was plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, but enjoyed hanging out in the living room and outdoors with amazing views overlooking the Versilia coast.
Highly recommended!
