Het appartement is prachtig: heel ruim, schoon, comfortabel, origineel ingedeeld. In de grote keuken was het een plezier om te koken. Zwembad is (hoewel niet groot) plezierig om in af te koelen. Complex wordt goed onderhouden. Het ligt prachtig tussen de heuvels en in de buurt van leuke, mooie steden. Communicatie met de host is uitstekend. Al met al een heerlijke plek om te verblijven.

Fantastic location with authentic farmhouse. Comfortable swimming pool and other sporting opportunities, in addition nice outside drill station. Spacious living space, bit aging furniture and limited availability of kitchen equipment.

Dit is één van onze mooiste verblijven waar we tot nu toe zijn geweest. Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen! Een prachtige rustige plek midden tussen de wijnranken met verre uitzichten. De boerderij is authentiek ingericht voor het echte Italiaanse vakantiegevoel. Beatrice was een hele fijne host, de communicatie ging goed. Voor de kinderen was er van alles te doen, het zwembad was een favoriet! Deze plek heeft een speciaal plekje in ons hart gekregen. Bedankt!!

Vi hade otroligt fina dagar här och kan verkligen varmt rekommendera både huset, platsen och värden! Perfekt om ni vill bo lantligt och kunna vara hemma (helst vill du nog bara stanna hemma pga härligt!) men också åka på dagsutflykter till tex florens. Dessutom smidigt med tåg från närmsta ort Pistoia. Vi åker mer än gärna tillbaka!♥️ Extra tack till Beatrice som varit suverän på att ge tips, info och hjälpa oss. Samt Emilia och Chiaia för trevligt möte!

Excellent holiday apartment. My friends and I really enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful Tuscan surroundings. I can definitely recommend this place to everyone, especially if you're traveling by car. Communication with the host was smooth, and they helped us with everything we needed quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Alles war super. Von Grund auf zufrieden und den Preis total wert! Einziger Mangel war, dass der Boden schmutzig war, aber dass störte überhaupt nicht! Wir würden jedes mal wiederkommen und es weiterempfehlen!

We are very satisfied with our week at Bello Stare! Fantastic views from the house overlooking vineyards et, nice garden and pool. The house / apartment was very cosy. Calm and relaxing. We used the pool every day and went on trips in the afternoon / evenings due to the high temperatures. Bea gave good rekommendations on restaurants / trips and she was very easy to communicate with. Would love to come back again!!

Stunning location and lovely accommodation with a traditional feel. Generally well appointed, although the kitchen could do with more equipment ( no chopping board, limited plates and glasses). The swimming pool is fabulous, but the smell (presumably from cleaning) requires a bit of getting used to! Bea is a very responsive and friendly host and helped us with local information. Pistoia, the nearest large town, is an unexpected delight and it is easy to travel by car or train to many of Tuscany’s most beautiful destinations. All in all, I would highly recommend Posarelli Villas, for families, couples or even grumpy teenagers. We hope to be back!

Such a beautiful part of Italy, stunning views and countryside, nestled amongst vineyards and olive groves this authentic farmhouse is surrounded by flowers, a pool, and everything you need. The town of Pistoia is lovely and has a good train network to travel for the day of you'd like.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!! Es war perfekt für uns und unsere 2-Jährige Tochter! Man kann draußen vor seinem Appartement auf der Terrasse essen, im Pool spielen und schwimmen und auf der Wiese toben und entspannen. Es gibt viel Platz und wir haben es auch sehr genossen, dass wir unsere Nachbarfamilien kennenlernen durften. Lediglich die Schaukel und Rutsche sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Danke für diesen schönen Platz!

Und empfing eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus, die Wein- und Olivenhänge, der Pool- alles war perfekt.

Nous sommes restés trois nuits et notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir loué pour la semaine entière. Logement typique toscan, avec beaucoup de charme. Béa est parfaite, elle nous a guidé pas à pas pour trouver la maison et nous a proposé des villages à visiter. Elle nous a fourni en huile faite sur le domaine (je vous conseille d'en acheter une bouteille elle a beaucoup de goût). Le fait de payer pour le ménage et de n'avoir rien à faire est très agréable. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Das Haus war eine prima Basis für unseren Aufenthalt in der Toskana, gut gelegen für Besuche in Florenz, Pisa und Lucca und mit schönen Wandermöglichkeiten in den Hängen und Dörfern der Umgebung. Das Außengelände ist sehr schön, den Pool haben wir (auch sehr spät in der Saison) viel genutzt. Das Haus strahlt viel Toskana-Charme aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön inmitten von Oliven- und Weinbergen etwas außerhalb des kleinen Städtchens Cantagrillo. Sie entspricht allen in der Anzeige gezeigten Fotos. Es ist ratsam mit dem Auto anzureisen, so sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos in relativ kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist unsere freundliche Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort Beatrice, die jederzeit erreichbar war und umgehend alle kleinen Wünsche erfüllt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können gerne eine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Mes fils ont apprécié le ping-pong, la piscine et le basket et moi j’ai apprécié le calme et la vue magnifique. Béa est une hôtesse très chaleureuse et disponible. Je pense que nous reviendrons.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Das apartment liegt perfekt, in ruhiger Lage, für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa oder an das Meer. Es war sauber und sieht genau so auf wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit Beatrice war super. Sie war immer zu erreichen und hat tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ähnliches.

Exceed our expectations! Me, my husband and 3 kids (13, 11 and 11) are traveling through Italy and have stayed at this amazing farm house, which exceeded our expectations. Beatrice was extremely attentive and helpful with the check in and check out. The features and amenities were perfect. The pool was amazing and a nice touch in the hot weather , and at the end of the day when we came back from sight seeing. While it is a farm and you need a car, it’s relatively close to Pisa, Florence and SAN Geminiano. Parking is easy and inside the property. WIFi works well.
