The property is well situated in the village with the beach nearby. It is a modern spacious apartment with a sea view balcony overlooking the small square. The apartment was clean and presented well.

ottimo come in foto , pulito ed attrezzato. Kolimvary ottimo punto di partenza per Chania , Elafonissi, Balos e Falasarna.

Comfortable, clean appartment very close to the nearest beach (less than 200 meters) which is very good for families with kids.

Es war sehr schön nahe am Strand. Aber paar Dinge würde ich schon noch bereitstellen. Zb. In der Küche zum abwischen Tücher die mann später wegwerfen kann. Backpapier gab es auch nicht. Aber sonst hat alles gepasst

appartement très sympa et idéalement situé pour visiter le côté ouest de l'île. Le village de Kolymvari est agréable avec une jolie plage tranquille à 100m de l'appart. Enfin un message pour le couple de personnes âgés à côté qui sont adorables malgré le problème de la langue.

The apartmant was 100% true to the photos. Beautiful place, just 2 minutes walk to the beach, many great restaurants nearby. During the stay we could feel ourselves at home and we could almost immediately get in contact with the owners, when we had any questions. They were also really nice and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone.

A very beautiful apartament!

Locuinta este pozitionata foarte bine, aproape de plaja si restaurante. Este dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru o calatorie (vesela completa si tacamuri la bucataria complet utilata , masina de spalat rufe, fier de calcat, feon, aparat de cafea, prajitor de paine, etc). Vecinii au fost foarte prietenosi, ne-au intampinat cu dulciuri si bauturi facute in casa. Singurul minus este acela ca usile de la dormitoare sunt zgomotoase la inchidere, lucru deranjant.

We stayed 6 days at the apartment and it was a pleasant experience. The apartment is comfortable and it has all the supplies that you might need. Kitchen has it all from appliance perspective. We surely are satisfied with location as well, a walkable distance you can find supermarket and restaurants. I also must say that the owner is very kind.

We liked everything - location, sea, apartment and host. if you are looking for neat, calm place to spend the time with your family, you should definitely pick this one.

The apartment was very clean. Excellent location a stone throw away from the beach. View from the balcony is amazing. Watched the sunrise every morning was a real treat. Local restaurants are excellent. Clean bed sheets and towels. Living area relaxing. Perfect off street parking with sliding gates.

Appartement très propre et pratique, très bien situé, communication avec les propriétaires difficile très gentils par contre, petit bémol rencontré, obligé de réclamer les serviettes de toilette et les draps au bout d'une semaine passée, atelier de réparation bateau trop proche de l'appartement, bruit et odeurs de carburant par moment.

The place is nice, it has all listed amenities. It is spacious and within walking distance to the village’s beach. The kitchen is well equipped. Host was responsive and the neighbour next door was very friendly… Thank you Jaja ????!

A/C could not keep apartment cool. Took 2 days full "blast" to dehumidify but room never got cool. No parking. Beautiful room.

Ottima posizione per visitare la parte nord-ovest dell’isola. L’appartamento aveva tutti i comfort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno.

Я дуже вдячний Марії ( це матір власниці) дуже набожна, дуже приємна людина - завжди коли треба вона на місці і готова допомогти. Апартаменти відповідають фото - до пляжу треба перейти дорогу 20 секунд від помешкання. Я дуже рідко пишу відгуки, але цього разу моя сім’я щаслива і ми вдячні за цей відпочинок власникам!!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn't have been more perfect – everything we needed was within walking distance, from charming cafes and restaurants to beautiful beaches. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredibly sweet neighbors. They were so welcoming and even surprised us with delicious homemade desserts, adding a truly authentic and heartwarming touch to our experience. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Greece!

Отдыхали в октябре месяце 2023 года прекрасное расположение рядом море, магазины,рестораны. Жильё очень чистое и ухоженное есть все необходимое. Хозяева очень отзывчивые каждая просьба сразу же выполнялись. Очень хорошо провели время. Очень рекомендую

Sehr schöne und grosse Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmer. Super sauber und mit allem ausgerüstet was es braucht. Die Besitzer wohnen gleich nenben an und sind sehr freundlich, sprechen aber leider nur griechisch. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Urlaub vom 08.09. bis 13.09.23 Die Unterkunft war wirklich perfekt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Komplettes Paket von IKEA verbaut. Nichts dran auszusetzen. Die Kommunikation war eher mangelhaft. Der eigentliche Besitzer wohnt im OG kann leider kein Englisch und somit war die Kommunikation eher eine Katastrophe. Die Anfragen an die Hausverwaltung wurden damit beantwortet, sich an den Eigentümer zu wenden. Ein Vorschlag: Ein Ordner in der der Wohnung mit allen relevanten Informationen hinterlegen. z.B. Für Warmwasser bitte folgende Sicherungen einschalten. Ansonsten wirklich eine tolle Wohnung in der man sich wohl fühlen kann. Vielen Dank

Excellent stay and great communication with the host. Everything you need is walking distance and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I’d stay here again when I’m back in the area.

Place was nice and close to all amenities. Kiria Maria, the host’s Mather, lived next door was amazing and gave us treats daily.

Τα θετικά του καταλύματος ήταν οτι είναι ένας καινούργιος χοροσ κοντά σε παραλία και σε καταστήματα που μπορούσες να πας με τα πόδια .τα αρνητικά είναι ότι είχε μόνο ένα air-condition στο ενιαίο και στο δωμάτιο δεν είχε. Ευτυχώς τις μέρες που πήγαμε δεν είχε πολύ ζέστη. Για να κανεις μπανιο πρέπει να αναψεις θερμοσίφωνα κατι που δεν με ειχαν ενημέρωσει.Δεν υπήρχε ένα μπαλκονάκι να μπορέσεις να καθίσεις λίγο έξω και να απλώσουμε τα ρούχα μας, γιατί από έξω είναι δρόμος .

Si nous avions pu mettre 10 étoiles nous l’aurions fait sans hésiter L’emplacement était parfait, tout est fait pour se mettre tout de suite en ambiance vacances, (terrasse avec vue sur la mer) la localisation nous a permis de découvrir plusieurs endroits magnifiques sur l’île, l’accueil a été chaleureux (avec petite gâteaux sortis du four ????) le logement se situe dans un village magnifique où on a eu l’impression que le temps s’est arrêté pour que nous puissions en profiter un maximum. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, tous les équipements nécessaires étaient disponibles même plus ! Un grand merci à nos hôtes

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Man hat nicht weit vom Strand und Restaurants. Neben an ist die Vermieterin und ist sehr sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit
Wir fühlen uns sehr sicher. Das Apartment ist sauber und groß. Man kann von dort aus über all zu Fuß erreichen.

The apartment was lovely. It was very well decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly want for an enjoyable holiday including a big balcony. The location was excellent, a very short stroll to the sea and to the restaurants along the sea front. The bus stop was close to the apartment too where buses run to Chania every 30 minutes. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location, nice apartment. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, but when we were there, there wasn’t any dishwashing liquids or sponges. We asked the host through airbnb who told us to buy ourselves, which was weird. Eventually we got some from the kind neighbours.

There were 4 of us in the apartment (two couples) and we liked it, the kitchen is adequate for basic lunch prep but we mostly just ate breakfast. Bathroom has the smallest ever bathtub it might be problematic for people with reduced mobility or maybe small children.

Great location. The sand beach is about 100 meters from the apartment - 2 minutes to walk. About 10 restaurants are near the beach and close to the apartment. Each restaurant has its own sunbeds they care about. I would say it is a promenade. Also, the car rental office is about 30 meters from there with quite affordable prices. in about 500 meters there is a supermarket. One more is about 1 km away from there. The aquapark is also about 1.5 km from there. And still many restaurants and souvenir shops around. The apartment itself is quite big and convenient, a good option for two couples or for a family with one-two kids. Good big kitchen and a hall. A balcony with a view of the water and the mountains. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner. The entrance has its own patio and a big yard. The location itself is quite authentic. Do not expect 5 stars hotel view, it is just a different experience and pretty nice. Also, there is in 200 meters a shipyard so if you are interested in anything like a sea trip or fishing and so on - no need to walk far to find it. The owner is very helpful and hospitable. We booked this apartment first without seeing the reviews. So for us, it was a little exciting. However, we did not regret for a minute that we booked these apartments.

We have stayed here before, and we love the apartments (we have stayed in Aria2 before). Kolimbari is a very nice and tranquil town, and with the new beach area in front of the restaurants, it is ideal, only a few meters to go to the beach ⛱️ The apartments are clean, big, very well equipped and the owners are very friendly and helpful.
